For a warm, earthy touch in your home, this Speckle Vase brings natural colour and texture to the table with its rich caramel glaze and fine dark speckling. Its rounded body, defined waist, and gently flared rim create a softly sculptural silhouette that pairs beautifully with loose branches, delicate stems, or a fuller arrangement of blooms.

Hand-thrown in stoneware and finished in a warm caramel glaze, the Speckle Vase is scattered with fine, organic speckles that give the surface depth and character. Subtle tonal variations and the natural marks of the making process emerge through firing. Its warm palette and timeless form make it an effortless addition to shelves, sideboards, or curated tabletop arrangements.

Bira is the work of Danique de Bies, an Amsterdam-based Art Director and ceramicist. Her work focuses on timeless, elegant pieces that add warmth and character to your interior, always approached with careful curation. Bira Ceramics offers enduring objects designed to make your space feel inviting.

Every item is handmade on the wheel and can therefore have slight imperfections. This is what makes the pieces truly unique.
