The Enchanted Garden.

In Greek myth, Persephone was picking flowers in a meadow when the earth split open and Hades dragged her to the underworld.

This painting captures that moment. The flowers are screaming — mouths open, caught between the beautiful and the dark. Pink roses reach upward while something pulls them down.

Original mixed-media artwork by Westweaves. Printed on premium matte paper. Available in 3 sizes: A3, A2, A1.

How it's made / curated

Original artwork built up in layers — painted by hand onto leather and various textured surfaces, then scanned and digitally collaged together. The distinctive mottled background comes from the natural texture of the leather beneath the paint. Printed on premium matte paper using high-quality print-on-demand production.
