‘Dat bepaal ik zelf wel’ (“I’ll Decide That For Myself”) is a Rotterdam-based social impact platform and community movement founded by Floor Besuijen and Juul Lit. The initiative raises awareness about sexual harassment, street intimidation, and non-consensual behavior.

What started as a creative response to street harassment has evolved into a cultural campaign empowering individuals to reclaim their personal boundaries. Floor and Juul use bold visual communication and public activism to spark vital conversations about safety in public spaces and nightlife.

A defining feature of the platform is its statement merchandise, including iconic slogan scarves and clothing. By wearing these pieces, supporters transform fashion into a tool for social protest and solidarity. Through grassroots advocacy and local collaborations, the project actively shifts the narrative away from victim-blaming toward systemic change.
