Their story
Klas Amsterdam was founded by cousins Merve Buğdaycı Eslik and Cuma Genc in 2020 in Amsterdam. The brand was born from a shared passion for modern menswear and timeless elegance, blending Mediterranean simplicity and the modern, refined atmosphere of Amsterdam. Klas Amsterdam creates stylish, comfortable, and high-quality clothing for the modern man, with a focus on simplicity, comfort, and timeless elegance. With their strong eye for detail and a deep passion for fashion, Merve and Cuma want to grow into a recognizable international fashion brand.

Production
Klas Amsterdam creates modern menswear with a focus on quality and comfort. The fabrics used for production are carefully selected by the founders and are then produced in Portugal by specialized manufacturing companies. Each product is made by craftsmen who are specialized in the production of the specific clothing item, ensuring high quality and attention to detail in every item.

Sustainability
Klas Amsterdam aims to work as sustainably as possible by keeping production within Europe whenever possible, using leftover or existing fabrics where possible, and choosing natural or recycled materials for packaging. Moreover, since their designs are timeless and versatile, making them easy to combine for different occasions and loved for a long time, they reduce the need for excessive clothing consumption.
Highlights
In September 2025, Klas hosted their first event at their studio, which was a special moment that brought their community together. Later that year, Klas also participated in the Christmas market week hosted by Fosbury & Sons.
One of their most meaningful moments so far was their campaign shoot with their family members. This personal and special moment truly reflected the essence and story behind Klas Amsterdam.
