His story
Founded in Amsterdam in 2025, Scatti di Brandino Verhaak is the solo creative practice of Brandino Verhaak, driven by a passion for analogue photography, travel, and authentic self-expression. What began in 2020 as a personal interest in photography has evolved into a distinctive creative practice. Working with film, he captures the raw, unfiltered character of the places he visits, embracing the imperfections and slowness inherent to the medium.
Expanding beyond photography, Brandino translates these images into wearable pieces, merging visual storytelling with fashion and inviting others to carry these captured moments with them.

Craftsmanship
Brandino Verhaak Photography transforms analogue travel photography into wearable art. The collection includes garments such as shirts, sweaters, and trousers printed with film images from Brandino’s travels. Rather than producing new clothing, Brandino and his partner source second-hand garments, each with its own history. Selected photographs are then transferred onto the garments using high-quality heat-press techniques, creating vivid and lasting prints.

Sustainability
Sustainability is built into the foundation of Brandino Verhaak Photography. By working exclusively with pre-loved garments and producing in small, intentional runs, the practice avoids overproduction while extending the life of existing materials. This results in one-of-a-kind pieces that combine conscious production with personal storytelling. Rather than mass-produced merchandise, each garment becomes a wearable moment in time—captured through Brandino’s lens and given a second life.
Highlights
Brandino Verhaak Photography has already marked several meaningful milestones, including a photo exhibition showcasing Brandino’s analogue travel work to a live audience. The practice also collaborates closely with Do Tell Mom, a tattoo-inspired print label, combining Brandino’s analogue photography with Do Tell Mom’s distinctive aesthetic to create wearable artworks.
